Partnering
We find that projects are most successful when approached from a partnering perspective. In this way the owner, contractor(s), construction manager, inspector, and design team agree from the outset to work together to resolve issues before they become expenses or obstacles to progress. We strive to maintain good communication with all shareholders and treat all members of the construction team with respect. We are fair and uniform in applying contract provisions and reviewing contract changes.
Quality Control
With our background in Division of State Architect (DSA) construction inspections, quality control is one of the greatest benefits of working with Iomlan. We are familiar with means and methods which help the contractor maintain schedule and reduce unacceptable work, saving time and money. As part of our constructability review, we catch the code items that others miss such as American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements or mechanical/electrical coordination issues.
Project Controls
We utilize the latest Contract Manager Software and technology to track and manage information flow, schedules, budgets, pay requests, RFI's, submittals, and other aspects of every project. We maintain both electronic and hard copies of all correspondence and organize them with an eye towards closeout from the beginning. We have experience with change order review, estimating and value engineering to reduce the overall cost of a project. We make every effort necessary to bring our projects to completion on time and on budget.
Total Package Contracting
Our experience on hundreds of projects with construction value totaling hundreds of millions of dollars is also reflected in our general contracting division. We have the knowledge and experience to avoid most problems initially, and to fix them in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We focus exclusively on public works projects, where the standard of quality is much higher than most private projects. We have garnered the trust and cooperation of contractors in all trades and present a outstanding finished product.
